Our average turnaround for global and North American paper query resolution and data form collection is 9 business days. For eCRF studies, this average is reduced to only several days. As deadlines approach, we can turn data around in less than 24 hours to meet your timelines. 

BMA will act as a liaison between your Data Management team, clinical sites, and monitors, providing global, comprehensive support. Our consistent follow-up has proven to significantly reduce query and data turnaround time, as well as decrease re-query rates. Our Data Analysts take the time to become familiar with your CRF and protocol. We will analyze outstanding data reports at minimum once per week, to ensure that data is being received and processed appropriately.

We can help with your eCRF studies, as well. Our team members have experience with various EDC systems and can provide ongoing site support by helping them navigate through eCRFs, ensuring that data is entered and queries are completed on time.
